BUGA s.r.o., a fashion brand based in the Czech Republic, required a reliable and efficient solution to automate their hang tag threading process.

Hands-on Quality Assurance Before Delivery

Before shipment, our team personally visited the supplier to inspect the machine and ensure that all technical and quality requirements were fully met.

This step created additional transparency, reduced risk, and ensured a smooth implementation process for the customer.

Throughout the project, close and direct communication with BUGA ensured full alignment from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Introducing the STEP LM-LY3 Full Automatic Tag Threader Machine

The chosen solution was the STEP LM-LY3 Full Automatic Tag Threader Machine; a high-speed automatic threading system designed for hang tags and hang cards commonly used in the fashion industry.

The machine performs the entire process in one continuous operation:

• Hole positioning
• Threading
• Knotting
• Counting

This ensures a fully automated, efficient, and consistent production flow.

Machine Specifications and Performance

• Speed: 4000–5000 pcs/hour
• Cord diameter: 1.2–2.1 mm
• Cord types: Cotton cord, gold cord, silver cord, nylon cord, and more
• Tag sizes: 20×35 mm up to 90×150 mm
• Cord length: 140–400 mm

The result is a fast, repeatable, and highly organized tagging process.

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Denmark

When the machine arrived at our facility in Denmark, we arranged a full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) together with the customer.

BUGA visited our facility, where we demonstrated the machine, reviewed operation and functionality together, and ensured everything performed according to expectations before final handover.

After approval, the customer brought the machine back to the Czech Republic themselves.
